Arsenokoitai used in the bible:typically translated as homosexuals. Similar words used in bible to describe same sex relationships of men with young hired boys. The age during those times of “adult” was much younger than present day. And young boys were often workers or hired and often used for sex too. Some scholars agree that the actual abomination was either pedophilia or the use of sex exploitation or sexual perversion outside of “natural” usage. Which makes sense in all those cases.
